  • How do I bring items in to sell/consign?
    Make an appointment by calling 540-582-2022. At least 10 items need to be brought in for consideration, but no more than 30. Appointments are usually booked out a month in advance to plan ahead!
  • What is the discount schedule?
    All items are dated. After 30 days of their posted date, 20% is taken off of the listed price. After 60 days, 40% is taken off the listed price.
  • How do I get paid for my sold items?
    All commission payments are made by check on the 15th day of the month following the consignment sale. Consignors receive 50% of the sale price of the item (after any discounts) minus any transaction fees. Please call 540-982-2022 to check if your items have sold or to request pyament.
  • What happens if I don't pick up my items?
    After 90 days any items not sold and/or not picked up become property of New to Me.
